Avery's 1st Swimming Lesson

Well, Avery had a very successful swimming lesson. When I signed her up I thought it was going to be a horrible experience with crying and tantrums. But to my surprise, she loved it! She is taking private lessons with her little friend, "Wuke" as she calls him. His name is Luke, who is Jenny's boy. They each get fifteen minutes with the teacher. They practice kicking, blowing bubbles, and going underwater. She got right in the water and kicked, kicked, kicked. She even went underwater and did not cry. I was so proud of her! The tantrum came when her lesson was over and we had to leave Wuke and go home. She kept saying, "I want to swim with my friend, Wuke!"

At the end of the swimming lesson, they get to hop in the hot tub to warm up. Both were sitting on the step and Luke decided to go swimming himself. In the above picture you can see his butt and him starting to drown.  It's kind of funny that I got the picture of just his butt! Jenny was reached right in and pulled him out getting herself all wet! But after his faced was dried off, he was back into the hot tub.
